Using Smartsheets for document storage

Hi community

Was keen to hear from anyone who is using Smartsheets as a one stop shop for their community club or similar - keeping an actions register, filing meeting minutes, storing files and similar

Any tips and tricks - or how do you find it

Also - can you email a file directly into smartsheets

Although I don't use Smartsheet directly for storing attachments, throughout my Workdays, I do work around different attachments/files.

You may wish to access our Template Gallery, and searched for Attachments, where there are a few different templates that may fit this scenario: https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/template-gallery

With regards to emailing a file directly into Smartsheets, this isn't fully possible, but you could use the Smarsheet plugin for Outlook, where this provides a similar experience.
