Excel Attachments Not Coming Through
Any idea why all .pdfs and "some" .xls sheets come through, but not all .xls that are "Sent as Attachment"?
It shouldn't be a size issue. I exported a few sheets to check their size, and they are way under our acceptable attachment sizes.
It shouldn't be a permission issue because I tested sending a small .xls to a person who had Viewing rights to the Workspace.
Any solutions or even ideas to test would be appreciated. Thanks!

I just sent myself several sheets as PDF and XLSX in email without any perceived issues.
I would recommend reaching out to Smartsheet Support directly on this matter.

sounds like either your corporate firewall or the SS email client. I'd check with those groups.
