Report - Proofing review

Hello,

Is there a way to create a report that would allow me, in a workspace, to have all the lines where there is an unfinished proofing review?

Hello @Julie Barbeau ,

I've tried many different methods of having a Report show unreviewed Proofs, but the only feasible method I was able to think of, was to have a checkbox in your Sheet, where you manually check this when the Proof has been complete.

From here, you can then create a Report for unchecked checkboxes to show the total of unreviewed/uncomplete reviews.

I got excellent news. Proofing is now supported in reports.

You can view, upload, and manage proofs from reports, similar to how users interact with proofs from the grid. You can easily open existing proofs aggregated from multiple sheets, upload new proofs, and quickly take action without leaving the report.

@Andrée Starå it's a great news! Is there a way to filter the report to see only rows with proofing from many grid? I didn't find it.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to filter on proofing, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, you could maybe add a so-called helper column and then filter on that.
