Copy Row Automation Does not work

Hello all

Few months ago I set up an automation to copy a row from Sheet A into Sheet B when the value of a Cell is changed to "Signed" by a user manually. There is no formula driving this cell and the automation is as simple as the below screenshot.

The problem is, this automation suddenly stopped working few weeks back and we have not changed in the structure of either sheets. Nor we have that many rows... about 800 in each sheet.

Anyone that can help please? Thanks in advance
