Equipment Return Form ERF) Ideas

I've been asked to try and automate an ERF process that is currently done on a Google Sheet. The roadblock I'm hitting is that we would like for the user filling out the form to be able to add multiple items under the same order number (could be 20 or more items under 1 order). From what I've researched smartsheet's form does not have that capability. My question is, what is the work around or can it be done?

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

Apologies, I missed your additional question.

Try something like this in a Checkbox or Flag type column.

=IF(COUNTIF(ColumnName:ColumnName, ColumnName@row) > 1, 1)
