SmartSheet for Employee Case Management
I am wondering if SmartSheet could potentially be used as an Employee Case Management System.
The requirement is a system that will allow case managers (HR practitioners) to manage cases of employee grievances, misconduct, fraud and corruption. For each case there will be a prescribed workflow, and we need to have triggered notifications, reminders, etc. Each division within the organisation will manage their own caseload, and visibility needs to be restricted by division or branch. But we also have an Employee Relations unit that needs visibility across all cases. We also need to be able to report on current cases, and export a summary of active cases.
These are obviously very high level requirements, but I'm interested to know whether SmartSheet is potential solution.
