Help with time duration calculations

Hi Paul, I've found a couple of your threads where you've helped people out with functions to calculate duration between time stamps listed in an HH:MM format on a 24 hour format. I've tried using some of the existing functions you put through in other threads but haven't been able to get them to work. I've attached a screenshot but essentially my team will enter a conversion start time and conversion end time and we need the duration between the start and end for the column "conversion total time". We then input a ramp up end time and need the difference between the ramp up end time and the conversion end time to get the "ramp up total time". Any help would be greatly appreciated!
