Slow loading of Smartsheet: 17 November 2020, 1pm Malaysia Time
Anyone experiencing super slow loading at the above time?

I checked our Status page (see here) for Nov 17th and there were no incidents reported.
Slow load times could be the result of a number of different factors. If it's specific just to one sheet, this could indicate that the sheet is getting quite large or complex. If it's across all sheets/items, this could be due to browser or network issues. Our Help Center article on troubleshooting (see here) has some steps you can try and more information on this.
If none of the information in that article has helped, please reach out to Smartsheet Support so they can work with you one-on-one about this, providing them with screen captures, sheet names, & details of all the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
