Send daily alert to those who have not submitted

I need to monitor daily, those who have not submitted their temperature and type of their status daily before 10am of the day and inform them to submit their status through a form link.

How can I automate the daily alert to those who have not submitted their temperature for the day.

I used automate "Alert someone" base on the conditions:

Where "Name" "is not one of" name and where "Date" "is today"

But it don't work and send out alert regardless

of the condition above.

any best recommended methods?

hope you are fine,

1- did you check if you define the notification permission to unrestricted .

2- did your user submit their temperature and type of their status using form. if so then use the following condition in the automation alert : when Temp is blank & date = today
