Find Duplicates in Range Then Report Another Column

id like to Find Duplicates in Range Then Report Another Column.

I have 1 column which lists drawing numbers and another with task IDs. id like a column that can look at this column and report a duplicate number, then report which Task ID Row it is in?

Not sure how a screen shot would explain it more but here it is.

id like CQD QA column to look at Document Name column and find that value from a column in another smartsheet, then be able ot report back if it finds it, and even better, which line it found it on and apply a n input from another column on that other smartsheet
