Can Free Collaborators send Update Requests?

Unfortunately, a free collaborator can't send update requests because a license is needed, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, you could add a workflow that they could trigger thru a checkbox or similar.

Make sense?
