Is there a way to know if I have unsubmitted comments?

When I type a comment and then click out without submitting the comment, is there a way to double check to make sure I do not have any unsubmitted comments?

    Hi Max,

    The comments icon shows if you have entered a comment but yet to submit it. You can see the difference from the image below. The first row has a comment yet to be submitted vs second row indicating that there is already a submitted comment.
