How to create a weekly time card using smartsheet forms?

I want to create a weekly time card similar to sap format using smartsheet forms. I have attached the format for your reference.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to mimic that structure in a Smartsheet form, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, if you need that structure, it would be a 3rd party service. Is that an option?

Otherwise, it would be possible to create something like this, and when it's added to the sheet, it will look more like your screenshot.
