Sharing smartsheet with the restrict of records Creator

Dear Sir/Madam,

Is there any option to share sheet with restriction of Records creator.

In My case: I have created one sheet with the form. (with 8 type of Forms).

Requestor (Record Creator) are submitting request using smartsheet form but do not want to share all records to all requestor. Want to restrict the sheet to see only requestor records instead of all records.

There currently isn't a way to restrict sheet access to only see specific rows from the Smartsheet core application. When you share a sheet you will share the entire sheet so all rows can be seen.

You could look into purchasing the premium application Dynamic View (see here). Dynamic View is specifically built for this capability - to show only specific rows from a source sheet based on who is looking at the view.

From within Smartsheet, you could create a Report that only pulls in specific rows, then Publish the Report and share this published link with the requestor. Keep in mind you would need to create & publish individual reports per-requestor if this is the way you would like to go.

Another alternative would be to have individual sheets with their own individual forms (instead of this one main sheet). This would allow you to share the sheet with whoever needs to see it, then you can create a Report to pull all of the individual sheets together into one place for your own personal overview. Does that make sense?

Finally, you could use Update Requests or Alerts to send rows to specific Contacts without sharing the whole sheet. This would allow them to receive information from a Smartsheet sheet in their email inbox without seeing any other information.
