I would like to create a report to be sent out on a recurring basis that is essentially a filtered version of a report, (i.e. only showing tasks that have not been completed and filtered for tasks for a two week period in the future. I've been able to set the selection logic up in the report, but it does not bring the roll-up structure. All I get is a laundry list of the selected tasks. I can accomplish the view I want by filtering the sheet itself but I don't think I can send this as are report automatically on a recurring schedule. Does someone know how I can either create a report that preserves the roll-up structure OR send a filtered report on a schedule?
