If I decline a License Request, can a user still access and edit Smartsheets?
Will they have access to Smartsheet but not listed in the User Management list?

As long as they are shared to the sheet as an editor, they will be able to access and edit the sheet data. They cannot, however, manipulate the sheet setup (such as adding columns). That requires a license.

When you are in any of your sheets, you should have a bell on the top right corner in between the help question mark and the launcher menu. I highlighted it with a yellow X here:
Click on that to see your alerts. You should see requests that you haven't deleted yet in there.
Another option would be to check your email. I have alert notifications set up to go to my email. Maybe you still have the requests there?
If you have declined and deleted the requests, there will be no record of them.

Thanks David. I am having trouble tracking the users that I decline. They are not showing up in my User Management list. Any suggestions?
