How can I make State1 change to Complete when Status is Complete?

When Status1 is Complete; I want State1 to be Complete otherwise stay as Past Due, Due Now, or Upcoming Maintenance.

Hi Melba,
You need to add that condition to the front of your existing IF statements and one more parenthesis to the end
=IF([Status1]@row="Complete", "Complete", IF(Date1]@row <= TODAY(), "Past Due", IF([Date1]@row < TODAY(30), "Due Now", "Upcoming Maintenance")))
