Weekly Schedule Forecast

Currently we use Excel to create a weekly scheduled forecast for our scheduling agents to know when they are on break, lunch or in training. I am hoping to replicate that in Smartsheet. Please see the attached current tool. Is there anyway that we can replicate/simulate this in Smartsheet? Thank you in advance for your input.
