I removed the video you attached from the online Community as this is a public site and the sheet in the background contained private information.
It looked like the automation you have set up was a copy or move row automation to another sheet; in this instance there could be a number of reasons why the workflow is being prevented from running. Please check the following:
- Make sure the owner of this current sheet is shared to the other sheet still.
- Make sure that the other sheet is still active (not deleted).
- Check to see if the other sheet is full, or if there is an issue on that destination sheet that could be preventing the rows from moving over.
- Try creating a Clone of this current workflow to see if the new copy will run as expected.
If none of this has worked, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with the list of what you have tried, an estimated time-stamp for when this issue occurred, and both sheet names / urls. You can also provide them with the video recording that I removed from here as it's a private channel.

Hope you are fine, please check the following,
1- the target sheet you copy the rows to it is existed and you have the correct permission to move row to it.
2- the target sheet target sheet you copy the rows to it isn't out of storage limit :
- 20,000 rows
- 400 columns
- 500,000 cells (in any combination of rows and columns).
3- the field you define to Triger the move row automation is correct and no conflict in the configuration.
