Track date change for column

Hi--I know I can track when any change is made to a specific row.

 

And I know I can right click and see change history for any given cell.

 

But is there a way to bring that date into the sheet itself so that it can be used in formulas (for example to compare the date that a certain event occurred in relation to the date a response to that event occurred)?

There isn't a way to use any cell history information in formulas, or to automatically return cell history info in the sheet grid, but I've got your vote down for this on our enhancement request list for further consideration.
