Only 2 people can play at a time, and you need a different form of communication to pick who you are playing with and when, but i've got a rough draft I think is functional. It does require integrity in the player to not take advantage of the system. Feel free to grab a partner and do a test run, let me know how it goes. (probably still some glitches in it, make sure you refresh the dashboards regularly)

I've got a lot of ideas on how to improve this, might put some more time into it next week.

You get 2 of them. you can place another one anywhere on the board, just like the 3. once you have the last one placed, and the PT boat down, you can play. I was trying to make the board pretty dense to make up for slow play.
