Date field question

I am creating a form of which one of the fields is date of birth

Is there an easy way for people to scroll through years on the calendar view when they enter their date of birth as at the moment people have to scroll back month by month from 2020 which takes a lot of mouse clicks if your 99 :)

You could have different dropdowns for a year, month and date and then combine them on the sheet to date.

Make sense?
