Link from cell in other sheets not being updated

Hi,

I recently repeated run into a situation that a cell (destination cell) which has a link from another cell (source cell) on other sheets (source sheet) was not updated automatically. I had to open the source sheet for the destination cell to update. This is driving me CRAZY! Why is this? Help!

I do have a big number of cell links (around 150 cells on a sheet are linked to cells on various other sheets), but that's the very point. I can't reduce the number of links. I am sure the number of links is still well below the limit set by Smartsheet.

Hope you are fine, could you please check if you have hi load of request and calculation in your sheet ( automation - big number of cell links - big number of complex formula) , my advice to you to speed up the update if you can use VLOOKUP instead of cell linking and minimize the number of automation by reconfigure it using conditions. please check the following article maybe it will help you
