Document Builder Functionality

Hi, it's my understanding that 'RYGB Balls' column properties do not populate when using Document Builder -- symbols automatically converts to the associated text. I've tried multiple 'fixes' without success. Can you please recommend a workaround until this issue is resolved by the product team.

I haven’t tested this, but maybe you could use Emojis or similar?

Hi @Andrée Starå thanks the feedback. The formula worked perfectly "=IF([Current Status]@row = "Red", (UNICHAR(2833 + 55000)), [Current Status]@row)":

Unfortunately, Document Builder did not recognize the UNICHAR (reference "Current Status_2") that resulted.
