Email provider, not compatible
We use Microsoft Outlook 2016 desktop version and do not have 365. We also use Ionos webmail. Any suggestions on attaching emails without 1) saving the email as a PDF and adding an attachment or 2) copying and pasting the email contents into the comments?

I don't specifically have the 2016 desktop version of Outlook to test this, but you may be able to drag emails from Outlook on to your desktop and then upload the files to sheets as attachments. Visit the Help article titled Attach Files Stored on Your Computer to a Sheet for more information on working with attachments.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Ben

@Ben G That does work, but it requires saving to my desktop and then the person viewing the attachment would also have to download the file. At that rate, I think it's easier to just copy and paste the email text into a comment. Thanks for your suggestion though!
