Cells auto deleting??

Hi,

I have been using Smartsheet for a couple of years now and never had this problem. If I manually scroll through my sheet with the arrows on my keyboard, the data in the cell is deleted when I scroll off of it. It happens on all of the project sheets I have. Is this a setting that I activated unknowingly? Someone please help, I'm afraid I'll lose it all!!!

If I don’t remember incorrectly, it’s probably something with the browser or browser plugin.

Try the browser in private/incognito mode and/or another browser.

Which browser are you using?

Did that work/help?

Interesting. I was using on Chrome with the issue. Tried on IE and it doesn't do that anymore. Thanks so much for the input!
