I have 3 questions

1. Can we create form for an existing task to fill in fields on that task?
2. with subtasks can those be autofilled with information from that row?
3. Can either of those things be addressed with an add on?

1. Indirectly yes. You need to have some sort of key, a field you can lookup that is unique to that row, then you can reference that with an index match to populate the values in the correct location. 2. if you have parent child relationships you can use that subgroup of formula to duplicate information across the different areas. https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476811-reference-children-parents-ancestors-hierarchy-functions
3. None that i'm aware of. Zapier has some of this functionality, but i don't know if it can append to a row based on criteria.
