How do you get a cell column to automatically have a formula for each new row? Also using forms?

Right click on the cell, then select "Convert to Column Formula".

Is there a way, where I can automatically have it convert to column formula, without doing that?

Unfortunately, it's impossible to convert it to a column formula automatically, but it's an excellent idea!
