Using SUMIF and MATCH functions together

This forum is been a great help for me and i really apricate for the help that i get from this forum.

Again as i trust I will get answer to my query I am posting following question:

I am trying SUMIF and MATCH functions together to calculate hours spent on a particular date by matching the date with date range.

I used =SUMIF(Hrs:Hrs, MATCH([Date (Daily Hrs)]@row, Date:Date)) bit it giving "0" as result.

Please help.

Try something like this.

=SUMIFS(Hrs:Hrs, Date:Date, [Date (Daily Hrs)]@row)

Try something like this.

=SUMIFS(Hrs:Hrs, Date:Date, [Date (Daily Hrs)]@row)
