Hyperlinking

Is it possible to make a hyperlink on options in a multiple select column to a specific row in another sheet? To explain myself a bit more I'll give some context...:

We have a sheet which has a multiple select dropdown column. One of the rows in the sheet has both 'Sales' and 'Marketing' selected in the dropdown as the task/project is relevant to both departments.

Can we have a hyperlink on the 'Sales' option to take us to a specific row in a sales related sheet and a different hyperlink on the 'Marketing' option to take us to a specific row in a marketing related sheet? So two separate hyperlinks on two separate options but within the same cell?

Sorry I really don't know if I'm making any sense, it's quite difficult to explain! Some help, guidance, suggestions or workarounds would be very much appreciated! 😊

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
