Error in Document Builder result

Unfortunately, it didn't work.

Anyway, for information of all users the problem was on the app that I was using to create the original PDF.

Hope you are fine, i think this error caused by your system language & system fonts. check it and if you still facing the same problem you can call smartsheet support team.
