How can I reuse a Smartsheet Template every month?

I have a Smartsheet Template for Inventory that needs to be used every month by six (6) Users. The Template should start out as blank every month. The Totals will roll up to a Report.

I can make six copies of the template, saved with unique names in a folder named for each month. I want to know if there is a better way to automate this process?

Hi @Larry Callan ,

I believe that Save as New and renaming the easiest way unless you subscribe to Control Panel which has some additional automations to replicate templates. I have to Save as New.

Curious to find out if anyone else knows of a way.
