I am pretty new to smartsheet, but have a question about parent rows

I am using Data Uploader to upload a csv master file into smartsheet. I am trying to see if there is a way that I can dynamically designate a column or combination of columns to be a parent row in either the upload or in the sheet itself. The data in gray is what the input file would look like and the orange section is what I would like to see on the sheet.

Is this possible?

I have the same question. This would be a very useful functionality if it does not already exist.
