Determine which Sheet / Workspace has been requested to be shared

Hi all,

I received the following email. It notes that an external user has requested access to a Sheet.

From the email, I can't determine where the Sheet is located (which Workspace) meaning I can't contact our PM to discuss whether they're happy for a sheet to be Shared. Can anyone advise how I can determine where the Sheet is located?

    Hi @Richard Heath ,

If you search for "RFI Register" you should be able to find the sheet.

You'll still need to figure out who the person is. When this has happened to me, an employee opened their Smartsheet account with a personal email.

You can always email the requestor and figure out who they are.

    Good luck.

Thanks for that. With so many Workspaces, which are essentially a suite of Template Documents each with their own "RFI Register" it would be nice for the Smartsheet Email to state where the Sheet originates.

Ah, now I understand the problem. Glad I don't use templates. Sorry I can't help.
