Can I adjust format of date shown in a dashboard chart/graph?

I have created daily operations metrics for my organization that are displayed in a dashboard on a number of graphs. The x-axis displays consecutive workdays for the past 30 days. It would be so helpful to be able to re-format the way the date is shown in the graphs, so we can see when a new week began (i.e. Mon 12/14/20). I have formatted the dates the way we want to see them in the underlying sheet, but wondering if there is anyway to reflect this formatting in the associated graph?

You could insert an additional column and pull the format over as text. Then use this column in your chart as the column labels.
