Forms - add hyperlink without showing url

How do I add a hyperlink to a forms view without it showing the url on the form?

Tried via help text but only works with full url, really appreciate some help!

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Also appears you can upload a file to a sheet but the hyperlink will only last 30days, if that link was permanent would help as shorter url than teams for example, any ideas?

I'd recommend looking at a URL-shortener service and see if that could work.

Is that an option?
