Background Colour in Gant Chart

How do you change the background colour in a Gant chart.

I've seen this in multiple templates, but can't find any setting to do it.

That would be changing the fill color on the row itself. So basically you would just click on the row number itself on the far left of the screen so that you select the entire row, and then change the fill color.
