Manpower Boards in Smartsheet

Hi there! Is anyone using Smartsheet as scheduling tool for weekly Manpower, basically for the field staff, supers, Forman etc. so they know which project to report to week by week. Used excel in the past but wondered if anyone found a good setup for this here. Would love to hear some ideas.
