Pulling multiple rows of data in column from source sheet to a target sheet
I would like to pull multiple rows of data from a single column and populate it in a column in a target sheet while filtering.
For example I have an auto updating sheet fed by API that auto-deletes and refreshes every 15 mins (No helper columns allowed).
I'm wondering if it is possible to pull Trailer number by load status/customer?

You are trying to pull FROM the second screenshot TO the first screenshot?

I believe it's the other way around - the labels are below the images (from the first screen shot TO the second).
The initial issue I see here is that there is no unique identifier: there are multiple rows that have the same Load Status and the same Customer.
@Jeff Bunker is there another column with data that is unique per-row that we can match between the two sheets?

@Genevieve P You're right. That's what I get for trying to browse through here before I have had my coffee. Hahaha. Thank you for catching that.
@Jeff Bunker I agree with Genevieve. The initial problem is that I do not see any unique identifiers on each row. Even if there is no single column with a unique identifier, if you have a series of multiple columns that when combined are unique to each row, we can also use that.
What about the PRO/PRO_NO columns?

Lol, apparently, I needed a cup of coffee when I was trying to figure this out. My brain was telling me that I had no way to filter things down to just one, but my brain wasn't connecting to a unique identifier. 🤗
Thanks for replying and connecting the obvious dot.
