Can Document Builder map a column to a fillable PDF instead of a row?

I have a sheet with hundreds of rows and only a few columns. One of the columns contains Questions, which I would like to also be questions on the PDF - I would like to then map the corresponding column of answers on to the PDF. Is this possible? Or do I have to flip flop my rows and columns?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to use anything except the rows.

The questions on the left I would like to be the question headers on my fillable PDF and the answers (that are blocked out) I would like to see as answers to the questions on the PDF. POC, Box Link, Update Frequency, etc. will not be listed on the PDF. Thanks @Andrée Starå !
