When i am trying to upload an file in workspace or smartsheet, the attachment form pops up but it doesnt have option to upload from my computer. What can be the reason, any suggestions from anyone?
Hi Rashmi - It is likely a SysAdmin from your account has disabled the ability to upload files from your computer for your entire company. I would reach out to a SysAdmin on your account and confirm this with them.
