Card View - View by Status dropdown

How can I add or change the options in the dropdown feature of "View by Status"? It automatically select some columns from the grid view but not all. I need to add a specific column to the dropdown.

Columns for organizing the card view have to be either a dropdown, contact, or symbol type column.
Is the column you are trying to use one of those types?

Hi Paul. I figured it out. The column's dropdown must be single select, if it is multi select it will not show up. Which makes sense.
