Is smartsheets payment system working?

I've tried repeatedly to add a new user to our account. Over the past three days I've attempted this a perhaps a dozen times by clicking through from the automatic email my colleague has sent via smartsheets requesting a new user licence. I have no success with it either this way or going directly through the 'change your plan' dialogue.

All I get it a message saying they can't contact smartsheets.....
