Connecting with Gmail for Comments

Hello,

I use smartsheet for tracking my sales process, but I communicate with the prospects via gmail. What I want is to keep track of the conversations I have on gmail within my comments section of smartsheet. So for example if I am emailing prospect "a" I would like that specific email as well as what he emails back to be added to to the comments to the row for prospect "a" is that possible?

We currently don't have this functionality with gmail but I've added your vote for this to our enhancement request list for further consideration by our Product team.

With that being said, you can track emails as comments in O365 for Business: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/1960482-smartsheet-app-for-outlook

Please add my vote for Google Gmail integration. Sending an email (and, optionally, its attachments) would be a powerful feature all by itself. And, once the automation services (ifttt, etc) build out for this feature, we would be very happy.
