Dashboard - Enable link of an image to open attached PDF file of smartsheet

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to place a link in an image or any other text so that it will open a PDF file which is attached in a smartsheet.

The thing I already tried;

1. In a sheet, uploaded pdf in a column and opened it, then copied it's URL.
2. Went back to dashboard and paste that URL - it returns error (access denied)

Please help.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

To make it work you'll have to add the file to a cloud service (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox...)

Would that work?
