Help needed regarding Date formulas/Formatting

I have a question regarding DATE formula, I have two Columns 1st one "Project Return" and 2nd one "Revised Project Due", is there a way that i manually put a date in first column and the 2nd column automatically calculates a date 7 days later (working)?
