Need help with an ISBLANK AND statement please

Hi, I have an approval due date column and an approval date column and fa approval past due column - I would like the approval past due column to have a red circle if the approval due date is past due and the approval date is blank (this is because there will be a blank in the approval date column until it is approved) but I need to see the approvals that are outstanding. Can someone help me please?

I've tried a lot of different things and nothing seems to work right

Hi, I can't share the sheet (government doc); however, I can tell you more information:

column A (hiring manager request date). 1/1/31

column B (approval due date - column A +2) 2/3/31

column C (approval date), BLANK (until approved by analyst)

column D (Red is past due) BLANK until due date is past

=IF(AND(ISBLANK([Approval Date]@row), (TODAY() - [Request Due Date]@row) > 0), "Red", "")
