Can I tailor a dashboard widget to a particular person to limit what they see?

Hi community!

I developed a 'college planning calendar' which is a sheet into which many other sheets feed. I created a dashboard to make it easy for people to go to one place in order to access their particular sheet. Every sheet/project belongs to a project manager, and these are farmed out to many people in the college. The only way I can think of doing this from one spot (and I will be embedding this dashboard in a web page) is creating a link to each sheet on the dashboard, which would look kind of messy.

I can't figure out another way to do it, though. I do not want people going to the main sheet that houses the links from all these other sheets, and I want to make this as easy for them to access their sheet as possible.

You can filter by user on reports that are displayed on dashboards, but it does require some settings tweaks

A solution that could be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Dynamic View.

I love Dynamic View; alas, our college has not purchased it. I'm not sure if they have any plans to.
