Can I use a filter without having a license?

I have had a bespoke CPA created and there is a report which feeds from the CPA.

The team can go in to view the report 'Risk & Upcoming Tasks' and there are live links within the report to bring them back inot the CPA to tick a box identifying the task is complete.

The problem is there is a filter on the 'Risk & Upcoming Tasks' report but the team members can not seem to filter under viewer, or editior. I do not want to give admin rights.

Please can someone advise as I thought you could filter without a license.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment because they need to either be an Admin or Owner to edit the Report Builder, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Also, for clarification.

Filters = Used in the sheets.

Report Builder = Used to build/set criteria for the reports.

One thing to note.

The team wouldn't need to go into the sheets to be able to mark it as complete.

They can do that in the report.
