Add hyperlink or picture file to automation email?

Hi! Does Smartsheet have the capability to add a hyperlink or a file to an automation email, and if so, can someone share instructions on how to do so? Thanks!

Hi @Jennifer Chan-Huang

You can have hyperlinks in the alerts, but to include a file, the Workflow has to be triggered by the file, or you have to use the Update Request feature.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
